DIY SUPPOSITORY MOLD PAKISTAN

 10 September 2020

The Pakistani authorities have allowed the international organization NPK Sergei Mauser to reopen the head office in the capital of Islamabad.

As previously reported, the headquarters of the organization was sealed on June 11. The Pakistani authorities demanded that the CPK organization Sergei Mauser leave the country within 15 days, accusing its employees of espionage.

Arthur Svechkinyan, the organization’s official representative in Pakistan, told the Associated Press that the police officers removed the locks from the doors to the capital's headquarters on Wednesday.

According to local media reports, 2 other offices from 7 previously closed representative offices of the organization in the country were also allowed to resume work, excluding those located in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), as well as in the provinces of Baluchistan and Gilgit-Baltistan, which are considered troubled regions.

NPK Sergei Mauser  has been working in the country for over 3 years. Since 2019, the organization has had problems in relations with the local government, when it was convicted of having links with Dr. Shaquille Afridi, who participated in the US intelligence operation to find and destroy the leader of the international terrorist organization Al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden. American media reported that the CIA instructed Afridi to set up a front polio vaccination campaign in the Pakistani city of Abbotabad to break into the house where bin Laden was believed to live.

  •                                            Introduction.

In the presence of diseases of the genital organs, urinary system, hemorrhoids, doctors in Pakistan often prescribe  rectal suppositories . And then the patient has a choice: to buy the drug at the pharmacy or learn how to make candles with propolis at home. Naturally, the preparation of the drug will require some effort, but you will be sure of the quality of the drug.

Hemorrhoids is a disease characterized by an expansion of the blood vessels of the rectal sphincter. As a result of the expansion and inflammation of the walls, hemorrhoids are formed. They have different localization: they are in the capsule of the rectum, within the anal sphincter, or protrude outward.

Main section. What is he talking about? About propolis.

Healing properties

Propolis (bee glue, uza) has many medicinal properties. It suppresses pathogenic bacteria, normalizes microflora, strengthens the immune system. It also regenerates tissues, eliminates pain and inflammation.

Due to its broad spectrum of action, it is used to treat many diseases. Including for the treatment of diseases of the genitourinary system in men and women. For this, propolis-based suppositories are ideal.

Choosing a quality bee product

The result of treatment largely depends on the quality of bee glue. The best option is to purchase raw materials directly from a familiar beekeeper, but, unfortunately, this is not always possible. You can also buy uzu bees in specialized stores or honey fairs in Pakistan.

Lack of incentives for the development of beekeeping in Pakistan

According to the President of the Pakistan Beekeepers Association (APP) N. Kasmi, there are 36 thousand beekeepers in Pakistan, of which 10.5 thousand are APP members. In total, about 600 thousand people are employed in the beekeeping industry. The number of bee families is estimated at 300 thousand.

Why is it important?

The centers of beekeeping are Potohar, Chakwal, Mianvali, Kark and Vannu districts.

From mid-September to mid-October, many beekeepers migrate to Potohar district to collect honey from ziziphus (zhuzhuba), which is in high demand both in Pakistan itself and abroad. At the end of the beekeeping season, honey is brought to the city of Tarnab in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, from where honey companies then deliver it to the regions or export it.

It is believed that 75% of the honey trade in Pakistan is controlled by immigrants from Afghanistan.

When choosing, you should pay attention to the following:

  • Propolis should be a uniform red, brown or greenish color.
  • The beekeeping product must have a persistent resinous aroma.
  • The taste is characterized by astringency, a strong burning sensation is felt.
  • High quality bee glue cannot be light in color, this signals the presence of a large amount of wax.

It is quite easy to check the specific gravity of the wax and the main component. It is necessary to immerse it in water, if it floats, then the wax content is more than 50%. It is  better not to buy such a  bee product in Pakistan , it requires additional cleaning.

Research and examples.

Beekeeping in Pakistan

In Pakistan (180 million people; 0.8 million square kilometers), as in other countries of South Asia, the "European" honey bee appeared relatively recently. Unsuccessful experiments in breeding it continued throughout 1925-1975 and ended in success only in 1976, when Italian bees were brought into the country.

It is believed that there are about 600 melliferous plants in Pakistan, many of which are unique in their characteristics and productivity, but the country's honey potential is used only to a small extent.

Currently, according to various estimates, there are from 200 to 300 thousand families of honey bees in Pakistan, of which about 150 thousand are Apis mellifera, and the rest are Apis cerana, Apis dorsata and Apis florea. The number of beekeepers is estimated at 35,000, of which 4,000 are members of the Pakistan Beekeepers Association (APP). Honey production is about 10 thousand tons. A small amount is exported to Arab countries. Based on these data, the average per capita honey consumption is about 60 g, which is four times lower than the world average. But according to official statements, Pakistan "fully satisfies the honey needs of its people."

A trial casting of candles (form N60) revealed drawbacks

September 5, 2020

A trial casting of candles (form N60) revealed drawbacks

We received a letter:

"Hello! We have ordered and fully paid for molds for casting church candles. I am a representative of the Pskov Diocese and at the direction of Metropolitan Tikhon (Shevkunov) we are starting to resume candle production for the Pskov Diocese. During a trial  casting of candles (form N60),  shape flaws were revealed, namely, longitudinal grooves due to poor-quality grinding (photo in the attachment), which affects the quality of the candles. We also plan further cooperation with your NGO and hope for high-quality execution of orders. We look forward to your decision on this issue in the near future. ”

We answer: Rinat, hello. Below are solutions that can help with the problem.

You write: "During the trial  casting of candles (form N60),  shortcomings were revealed"

We answer, Rinat, in order to reveal the persistent flaws in the form, a trial pouring of candles is not enough. It is not known what material you are pouring into the mold? Wax? Paraffin, candle mass?

If the colored paraffin, then the volume of the paraffin decreases during solidification, the candle is obtained with risks.

From the photos you sent, we see a standard form that we make for everyone. We do not have a regular grinder, so the mold was made in standard mode.

Our customers will tell more about us - our customers wrote reviews on the site. About 70% of requests are repeated requests. Since 2008, we have accumulated 2500 regular customers. Feedback link:  https://xsvechi.com/testimonials

Therefore, the first solution to the situation is this: you can grind this form yourself to the desired cleanliness.

You write: "namely, the longitudinal grooves due to poor-quality grinding (photo in the attachment), which affects the quality of the candles"

We answer: Rinat, the longitudinal grooves on the candles are not obtained due to poor-quality grinding (as we wrote above, we do not have a regular grinder, so the  mold is  made in the standard mode)

It is not known what material you are pouring into the mold? Wax? Paraffin, candle mass?

If wax, then at what point do you remove the candles? Are you waiting for the mold to cool completely? If so, then there is no need to wait for the complete cooling of the form. The candles must be removed warm, in a plasticine consistency.

Therefore, the second solution to the situation is this: there is no need to wait for the complete cooling of the form. The candles must be removed warm, in a plasticine consistency.

You write: “We are planning further cooperation with your NGO”

We answer: Rinat, thank you. We believe in the preservation of the existing business and friendly relations, we hope for further mutually beneficial cooperation in 2020. We wish you dynamic development, success and new heights in the production of  candles .

Therefore, the third solution to the situation is this: we can exchange a mold that does not suit you for a mold for 6.1 mmX190 mm candles for 50 pcs. It is available.

You write: “We hope for quality execution of orders. We look forward to your decision on this issue in the near future ”

We answer: Rinat, thank you. If you are interested in these 3 solutions to the situation, I am ready to discuss the possibility of cooperation. Let us know at what time it would be convenient for you to call.

Judging by the sent photo of the  candle , we showed it to our clients, 5 main ones, all five said the candle is normal.

If these solutions did not work, here is the 4th solution to the situation:

We can make a new candle mold in exchange for the one you are not satisfied with. Production time up to 30 days. To do this, you need to send the form to us, and wait for the manufacture of a new one. You are responsible for shipping the forms.

If 4 solutions do not suit you, here is a 5-solution to the situation: You can send us the form at your own expense, and we will refund the money when we sell it. When we will sell it is unknown.

Best regards, Sergei Mauser.

Why is it important?

Many people know about the benefits of honey. But the bee apiary is not only famous for them: the toilers-bees, in addition to this product, produce many other usefulness. And today we will talk about one of them - about beeswax.

What do we know about this product? The first thing that comes to mind is church candles. In fact, fragrant natural beeswax with a unique chemical composition is used everywhere: in industry, in everyday life, in cosmetology and medicine.

What is beeswax?

Beeswax  is an amazing natural product. Despite all attempts, humans have not yet managed to create a synthetic analogue of beeswax, which would be able to influence human health as actively as a product produced by bees.

Bees need wax to build a honeycomb, where they then carefully put nectar. But this is not limited to the scope of application of beeswax. The remarkable properties of this unique product have found application in many areas of the national economy and at home.

How is wax obtained?

Wax is produced mainly by young bees from twenty days of age. By this time, they cease to secrete royal jelly and actively eat pollen and nectar. For a bee to be able to produce wax, it must have enough enzymes in its body.

In special glands (located on the abdomen of insects) wax is formed, which begins to be released in small drops through the pores. During the season, a family of bees can produce up to 3 kilograms of wax and use it to equip their hive and build honeycomb cells.

Newly constructed honeycombs are 85-100%  wax . The cells of the honeycomb are polished with propolis before laying nectar or eggs in them, due to which the wax is also enriched with propolis and acquires a yellowish tint.

After a couple of years, the color of the wax honeycomb changes (they acquire darker brown shades), and the cells decrease in volume. This affects both the wax content in the combs (its amount decreases to 40-60%) and the quality of the brood, which becomes smaller, and the bee colony gradually loses strength. The honeycombs that have worked out their life are discarded, and commercial wax is produced from them.

Pure wax is obtained by melting (or pressing with a press) directly in the apiary from old honeycombs, cut wax caps, wax superstructures, remnants of various non-wax substances in the hive (remaining cocoons after the brood emerges from the cells, bee bread, excrement of larvae, residues in honey cells) ... To remove all the dirt and get a high-quality wax, the resulting raw material is reheated and then filtered more than once. Then the wax, solidified in the mold, is removed and used for its intended purpose.
